Raquel Allegra tees have arrived in the corner shop Paddington! The hand crafted not-so-basic tees  and singlets starts out as a plain garment which is then stretched and distressed to create intricate webbing, uneven hemlines and the ultimate cool and laid back t-shirt.

Amber & Thomas

We have received new swimwear styles from Amber & Thomas, just in time for summer holidays we have the blue spot print in an under-wire one piece and bikini, the black mesh panel one piece and bikini and the grey paneled triangle bikini.

Etoile Isabel Marant

The first drop of Etoile Isabel Marant has just landed at the corner shop, we can't believe we are shopping their SS11 range during our summer! There are some cute prints, our favourite linen basics and a selection of easy-to-wear shirts, pants and skirts. 

Also we have received the Isabel Marant mainline Cuban ankle heel boots in khaki, camel or black suede. A little Christmas surprise for you...

Bassike

New Bassike has arrive in the corner shop Strand Arcade. We love the PJ gift set which includes shorts and a tank in 100% organic cotton jersey.

We just received some new styles from OK OK socks, these colourful cotton rib ankle socks are the perfect stocking filler if you're stuck for last minute gifts.

Elizabeth and James

Sunglasses from Elizabeth and James have arrived. The two styles, Hudson (pictured above) inspired by the classic aviator shape,  and Fairfax inspired by a cat-eye silhouette represent the labels first foray into sunglasses, and we have to say, we love!

VII Sept Bruxelles

New to the corner shop are purses from Belgian label VII Sept Bruxelles. The little leather purses are made in Belgian using aniline leather and feature cute sayings which focus around the labels philosophy of joy, beauty, quality and creativity.

Temps Des Reves

Last Thursday photographer Adrian Mesko launched his scarf label Temps Des Reves at the corner shop. The silk scarves are printed with some of his more personal works from his travels over the years such as furs from London's Portobello market and the Havana skyline.

ANNIE LEIBOVITZ: A PHOTOGRAPHER’s LIFE 1990 – 2005

We love hanging out at the MCA, and every now and then we get some pretty exciting international exhibitions to occupy our weekends. This time it's Annie Leibovitz: A Photographers Life 1990 - 2005 which follows the work of the legendary American photographer.

Even if you haven't heard of her, chances are you will recognise some of her photographs. With clients such as Vogue, Vanity Fair and Rolling Stone magazine she has created some of the most iconic pop culture images of our time. The exhibition showcases her personal, editorial and documentary pieces with some recognisable faces including Nicole Kidman, Scarlett Johansson and Mick Jagger.

The exhibition is running until 27th March 2011. 

Uncle Vanya

Our lovely PR manager, Bree, was lucky enough to get tickets to Andew Upton's adaptation of Chekhov's classic play, Uncle Vanya. The play stars Cate Blanchett, Hugo Weaving and Richard Roxburgh in the leading roles and is directed by Hungarian Tamas Ascher.

Ellery

Just in are the statement sequined pieces from Ellery's summer collection. The Gemin-rus dress is hand sequined with panels of silver, gold and blue embellishment and is also available in black. The dress and top both feature Ellery's signature low back to make for the ultimate party dress.

Jordan Askill

Jordan Askill's delicate heart rings are one of those subtle and classic jewellery pieces we just can't live without. We received them in store last Friday and there is just one left, but not to worry because we will be receiving more of the triple and single heart rings in yellow and white gold just in time for Christmas.

The AW10 collection from The Netherlands label Humanoid has arrived in the corner shop. We love their casual wear which focuses on luxurious fabrics, soft shapes and quality.

With a bit of attitude and free spirit, Humanoid is a favourite to turn to when in need of simple tailoring, comfy leggings and layering pieces.
